In 2003 Java Cow opened at 402 Main Street in Park City, Utah. From the beginning we have tried to offer the best coffee and ice cream in Park City. We strive to create a fun and creative atmosphere for our guests. Cows adorn nearly everything in building from the milk to the ceilings. Our ice cream is a super premium ice cream with our own recipes boasting names like Wowie Cowie, Cowrispy Crunch and Pina Cowlada. Our waffle cones are handmade everyday. The coffee is roasted locally by Caffe Ibis in Logan, Utah. We have three featured brews a day and we use locally produced dairy for all our specialty espresso drinks.

 

We are now serving fresh made crepes, pastries, sandwiches, soups and desserts that are made from scratch in our on-site bakery. We use fine ingredients without sacrificing the flavor to artificial or GMO foods. Our pastries are simply the best in town!
